term 2 week 4 swallowed by the sea

 walt: use prior knowledge when making text- to- text connections

Hi this week we have been doing reading and my book is swallowed by the sea it was about a girl and a mum,then there was a flood and a big strong wind at night then they just ignored it. Next morning they went to the sea, the girl walked down the sea. She got her foot stuck but she manage to get her foot stuck. And i also learned about other natural disaster like a tornado can lift up a whole house up in air.

There was a mum and a girl in a house, then a big storm happened in the middle of the night. Next morning they got all their wet gear and walked down to the sea then the girl got in the sea.  She got stuck and she tried to wriggle her foot out and escaped but her boot was stuck.  She managed to get free.

It was about a young girl and a grandma in a house, then there was an big tornado. Then the tornado lifted the whole house then she felt so dizzy then she fell asleep. Then she woke up with a big bang.

There was a guy named odysseus he was a very brave warrior, while they were sailing they saw a beautiful island with smooth grass, his men were searching for food,then they found some food.

 This is what to do when there is a strong wind and rain. 



 Get your pets quickly 

  •  Make first aid kit

  • Get food supply 

  • Get to high stable ground 

  • Get to safety 

  • Make defence and shelter

  • Get wet gear

  • Listen to a radio for some advice
